IHOP Flips it Forward for Kids!

IHOP completed its 13th annual Free Pancake Day on March 12, 2019. On this day IHOP guests enjoyed a free short stack of their world famous buttermilk pancakes in exchange for a donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals which help kids and families being treated at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

New this year was a menu item created by one of our very own miracle children, Brody Simoncini from Boston Children’s. Brody created an Oreo Oh My Goodness Pancake and it was delicious. IHOP generously donated $1 for every one of Brody’s pancakes sold.

The partnership between IHOP and Children’s Miracle Network began with the first National Pancake Day in 2006. In that time, IHOP has raised over $25M for local children’s hospitals. This year, IHOP restaurants in Western Washington raised an amazing $29,228 for Seattle Children’s Hospital!

Each balloon icon sold, each short stack served on IHOP Free Pancake Day, and every Oreo Oh My Goodness Pancake sold, helps us flip it forward for kids like Alexis and her family.

Our gratitude to IHOP restaurants and their guests: Doing good never tasted so good!
